2. TOUR PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS
More Than 30 Days Before Arrival
- Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking value
- Remaining balance will be refunded
15 – 30 Days Before Arrival
- Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking value
Remaining balance will be refunded
7 – 14 Days Before Arrival
- Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking value
- Remaining balance will be refunded
Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival
- Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking value

3. HOTEL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
Hotel cancellation policies vary depending on:

4. AIRPORT TRANSFER CANCELLATIONS

5. TAILOR-MADE TOUR CANCELLATIONS
Customized itineraries often require advance reservations and supplier commitments.

6. ACTIVITY & EXCURSION CANCELLATIONS

10. FORCE MAJEURE
Veliro Travels shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Floods
- Severe weather conditions
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- Airport closures
- Transportation disruptions
In such situations, refunds and credits will depend on supplier policies and applicable regulations.
11. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip Cancellation
- Medical Emergencies
- Travel Delays
- Personal Accidents
- Lost Baggage
- Unforeseen Circumstances
Travel insurance may help recover costs that are otherwise non-refundable.
